Over the past few days rumors have been hoverign around that jay is getting married does this mean the long known pimp is giving up his shakles or is he still pimpin…?. Does singer of the all time rap antham “big pimpin” go against his own word…. but who is to say how long a pimp lasts in the game… jagga man do your thing
Celebrity power couple Jay-Z and Beyonce Knowles reportedly were married Friday night in New York City, according to People.com.
On April 1, the Web site reported on that the couple had taken out a marriage license in Scarsdale, N.Y.
An anonymous friend of the couple said Jay-Z, 38, and Knowles, 26, made it official with a private ceremony in Jay-Z’s TriBeCa penthouse apartment.
Guests reportedly included Gwyneth Paltrow and former Destiny’s Child members Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams.
Knowles became a star as part of Destiny’s Child before going solo in 2003. She has also acted in “Dreamgirls” and “Austin Powers in Goldmember.”
Rapper Jay-Z, born Shawn Carter has sold more than 35 million record and until recently was the head of Def Jam Records. He was also rumored to be on the verge of singing a $150 million deal with concert promoter Live Nation.
